AADHAAR CARD LINKED WITH CASTE AND DOMICILE CERTIFICATES.
THE UNION GOVERNMENT IN JUNE 2016 TOLD TO THE STATE GOVERNMENT THAT THEY LINKED THE AADHAAR CARD TO THE CASTE AND DOMICILE CETIFICATES OF THE SCHOOL STUDENTS.
THEY TOLD TO THE STATE GOVENMENT THAT CERTIFICATE MUST BE ISSUED IN 60 DAYS OF TIME TO THE STUDENT STUDING IN CLASS 5 TO CLASS 8.
THIS DIRECTION IS GIVEN BECAUSE TO MAKE SURE THAT THE SCHOLARSHIP IS GIVEN TO THE SC/ ST TRIBE ON THE TIME WITHOUT ANY HARRSHMENT AND PROBLEM.BECAUSE MANY COMPLAINS HAS REGISTRED ON THE UNION GOVERNMENT.
OBJECTIVE-
TO GIVE FACILITE TO THE SC/ST STUDENTS ON THE TIME IN THE RESERVED POST BY STATE AND CENTRAL GOVERNMENT.
TO SECURE THE ADMISSION IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE.
SCHOOL HEAD AND PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBLE TO COLLECT DOCUMENTS OF THE STUDENTS .THE ISSUE CERTIFICATE WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE STUDENT IN THE CELLOPLANES CARD BY SCHOOL AUTHORITIES.
THIS WOULD BE KEPT BY THE STUDENT IN TIME OF CONCESSION AND FACILITIES AVIALABLE TO SC/ST CATEGORY.
AADHAAR-
IT IS A 12 DIGITS NUMDER GIVEN TO RESIDENT OF INDIA AND IS ISSUED BY THE UNIQUE INDENTIFY OF INDIA.THIS METHOD INTRODUCED TO KNOW BIOMETRIC AND DEMOGRAPHIC DATA OF INDIAN RESIDENT.
IT IS CONSIDERED WORLD LARGE NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION DATA.

IN BIHAR TOPPERS SCAM BOARD CHAIRMAN, WIFE ARRESTED IN VARANASI
IN BIHAR TOPPERS SCAM BOARD CHAIRMAN, WIFE ARRESTED IN VARANASI:
PATNA: Lalkeshwar Prasad Singh, the alleged mastermind of the toppers scam in the Bihar intermediate examination, was arrested today from Varanasi.
Lalkeshwar Singh and his wife Usha Sinha have been arrested from Varanasi.
The Patna civil court issued the arrest warrant against Mr Singh, who is a key accused in the case and has gone underground after resigning from the board.
Mr Singh was on the run since after his name figured in the Class 12 toppers' scam.
Usha Sinha was also missing since her name also surfaced in the scam.
Bachcha Rai, the mastermind behind the Class 12 Board merit list scam in Bihar, was arrested ten days ago after he surrendered to police.
Evidence collected also indicates the board's complicity in the scam.

RAGHU RAM RAJAN RESIGNATION LETTER TO RBI STAFF:
RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan's letter to the RBI staff, saying he'd be returning to academia at the end of his term: I took office in September 2013 as the 23rd RBI Governor. In my opening statement as Governor, I laid out an agenda for action... including a new monetary framework that focused on bringing inflation down, raising of Foreign Currency Non-Resident (B) deposits to bolster our forex reserves, transparent licencing of new universal and niche banks by committees of unimpeachable integrity, creating new institutions such as the Bharat Bill Payment System and the Trade Receivables Exchange, expanding payments to all via mobile phones, and developing a large loan data base to better map the extent of systemwide distress. I feel proud that we have delivered on these proposals. A new inflation-focused framework is in place that's helped halve inflation and allowed savers to earn positive real interest rates on deposits. We have cut interest rates by 150 basis points after raising them initially. This has reduced the nominal interest rate the government has to pay even while lengthening maturities it can issue - the government has been able to issue a 40-year bond for the first time. The currency stabilized, and our forex reserves are at a record high. We have done far more than was laid out in the initial statement. The approaching end of my three-year term, and of my leave at the University of Chicago, was therefore a good time to reflect on how much we had accomplished. While all of what we laid out is done, two subse quent developments are yet to be completed. Moreover, the bank clean up initiated under the Asset Quality Review, having already brought more credibility to bank balance sheets, is still ongoing. International developments also pose some risks in the short term.While I was open to seeing these developments through, on due reflection, and after consultation with the government, I want to share with you that I will be returning to academia when my term as Governor ends on Septem ber 4, 2016.

SCIENTISTS GROW FIRST TIME LIVING BONE IN LAB
SCIENTISTS GROW FIRST TIME LIVING BONE IN LAB:
Scientists first time in modern medical history have grown a living bone in the lab to repair large defects in the head and face of patient. This new technique developed by Gordana Vunjak-Novakovic, professor at Columbia University.
FACTS:
The new technique uses autologous stem cells derived from a small sample fat and give the original anatomical structure of the bone.
Using this, scientists able to show that in a clinical-size porcine model of jaw repair, the bone grown in vitro and then implanted can regenerate a large defect and also mechanical function. The quality of the regenerated tissue, including vascularisation with blood perfusion, exceeds then using other approach.
Significance:
It improve regenerative medicine options and treatments suffering with craniofacial defects.
It also give opportunity for new scientific research where researchers can use cartilage layer in the bio-engineered living bone tissue to study bone regeneration in complex defects of the head and face.

“Udta Punjab” was leaked online on Wednesday two days before releasing date.The reports of the leaked copy had a a run-time of two hours .sources says that it was a copy of the film submitted to the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). However, the film’s team managed to removed it from torrent sites.
